🧮 The math, in one line
Your profit on a model = what she sells × (what the client pays you − what you pay the chatter). Two ways to grow: more sales, or a bigger gap.
📋 The plans — what each one is worth
1 · Max to 20%. +$25 a day for every $1,000 Max's models sell. Easiest money if he says yes — but it's the one that can lose a client. Pitch it with results, or as a tier (20% only on sales above a target).
2 · Serbian chatters at 7%. +$20 a day for every $1,000 sold, compared with paying 9%. Same language and time zone as your team — easy to train and manage.
3 · New clients at 25–30%. The biggest lever. A new model selling $500 a day (after OnlyFans' cut) at 25% with a 7% chatter adds ~$90 a day; at 30% with a 4% chatter, ~$130 a day. Instagram page aimed at models and agencies.
4 · Philippines chatters at 4%. +$50 a day for every $1,000 sold, compared with paying 9%, and they cover US night hours when fans spend. Only pays if they sell nearly as well — start them on smaller models and watch the cross-check.
